We cannot ship to APO/FPO/CFPO addresses or post office boxes.

All International orders are all shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail where available. Taxes, duties, tariffs, customs, brokerage and import fees vary by country and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We are not able to estimate these costs. USPS or its local country affiliates will charge the recipient all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery.

Temporarily Out of Stock / Backordered Items
If an item selected is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified via email and advised of the expected ship date. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available. Order Cancellations
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:
* Item(s) not available.
* Difficulty in processing payment information.
* Cannot ship to address provided.
* Duplicate order was placed.
* Cancelled due to a customer request.
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice to explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.
If you choose to cancel your order, please notify us by email at goodynewshoes@aol.com. If the order has not been shipped, we will be happy to cancel your order. In the event the order has already been shipped and you wish to return it, please follow the instructions for Returns and Exchanges.
Priority Shipping 2nd Day Service - Add $10.00 per order to the standard shipping and handling charges. (Please note: Priority shipping is not available for shipments to
Overnight Service - Add $15.00 per order to the standard shipping and handling charges.
In Canada and Mexico, orders are shipped via Global Priority Mail. We charge $12.00 shipping and handling for each order.
Orders for all other countries are shipped via Global Priority Mail. Shipping and handling is $20.00 per order.

Orders are delivered by air to international addresses via United States Postal Service (USPS) Global Express Mail usually within 5 to 14 business days. Express shipping to international addresses is not available at this time.
Returns and Exchanges
We are committed to offering our customers the finest products available. If you feel the products you received from our Online Store do not meet this expectation, simply return the unused product within 14 days and we will be happy to issue a credit. We ask that returned products be in like-new condition with original packaging and materials. If the product is defective, follow the return instructions and we will be happy to replace it. Videos, books and labels can only be exchanged for the same product, and only if defective.
When returning or exchanging any part of your order, please include the original packing slip, noting the items being returned and listing any items that should be sent in exchange.
Regrettably, shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
In the U.S, please send your return by UPS, Fed Ex or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery.
In
Returns sent from international addresses take up to five weeks to process after the package is mailed. Please ship your return or exchange via surface or airmail.
We cannot refund tax and duty costs for orders delivered to international addresses. You will only be refunded for the amount charged for the merchandise.
You will need to pay the shipping costs for your return when you mail your package. We do not accept C.O.D. returns.

If your package was damaged in transit by the carrier, save the box and the merchandise and notify the carrier immediately. Also notify us via email at goodynewshoes@aol.com. The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.
